is a proposed 37-storey mixed-use building for which planning permission has been sought. This is the site on the corner of Ventry Street and Gt Victoria Street. The view is along Ventry Street towards Gt Victoria Street with Ventry Lane at the lower left and Wellwood Street and Sandy Row straight ahead at the right. The "Aurora" site, Great Victoria Street, Belfast
A site, at the corner of Great Victoria Street and Ventry Street. Once the site of Henry Martin’s builder’s yard J3474 : Old harbour bollard, Donegall Quay, Belfast which was replaced by the Belfast Ice and Cold Stores. In more recent times, after the demolition of the Stores, it was a Shell petrol station. The proposed 37-storey mixed-use building was refused planning permission. The site remained vacant following the insolvency of the developer. There is now planning permission for an unattended petrol station.
