Aykroyd & Sons, Clothing Factory (Former Workhouse) (3)
Grade II* Listed complex of buildings. Built in 1838 as the Bala Union Workhouse but unpopular with local residents due to proximity to the town. It became the local militia barracks in 1869 and later a clothing factory. Currently it is being converted to residential use.
