The mill steading, which belongs to the Kimmeegehame Estate, includes a house, cottages, mill tower, granary, stables and a cart shed, and was built in the mid 19th. century though sections are much older.
Just to the south of the mill, once stood medieval Kimmerghame Chapel and graveyard which was overseen by Edrom Church until the Reformation in 1560. Nothing now remains of church nor graveyard
