Picturesque cottages once occupied by farm workers have become a traditional part of the rural scene in England and although many are not as comfortable as the more modern homes, they still provide serviceable accommodation for those who live there such as these whitewashed properties overlooking the village green at Haconby, all still occupied and tended with loving care.
