Part of the Laganside regeneration scheme, the Waterfront Plaza is a seven storey office building completed in 2001. There is the following planning permission (28 November 2018) “LA04/2018/1469/F Extension of and alterations to existing office building including the provision of 2No. additional storeys, roof plant area, extension to existing fifth and sixth floors and all other associated external alterations and site works. Waterfront Plaza 8 Laganbank Road Belfast BT1 3LY”.
