See J3875 : "Netherleigh" gates, Belfast (1) (December 2010). The entrance to “Netherleigh” is now at Massey Avenue. The building is occupied by part of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI). DETI is due to amalgamate with much of the Department of Employment and Learning (after the next Assembly election) to form a new Department for the Economy.
