A site, at the Earlswood Road end of Belmont Avenue, occupied by a former plumber’s yard, believed to have planning permission for two semis. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale or development.

The site is currently (February 2016) the subject of the following application for planning permission “LA04/2015/1018/F Demolition of the existing office and erection of 2 No. residential units (semi-detached houses) 1A Belmont Avenue Belfast BT4 3DD”.
