This looked very impressive from the other side of the Lagan. A visitor to the site has commented “On the bottom left of the picture there appears to be 'hard suction' over the edge of the quay into the water. I suggest that this was probably a practice with a light portable pump and the water is being pumped from the river and sprayed back into it”.
