See J3272 : Thomas Andrews "Titanic" plaque, Belfast (June 2010). This is the second plaque in the immediate area. It’s on the ground at the Lisburn Road end of Windsor Avenue. The inscription reads “Thomas Andrews, Chief Designer of RMS Titanic, lived in this street.
