The end of the line at Cobh
The end of the line at Cobh
In the days when ocean liners called here, the railway at Cobh was a very much grander affair with a large passenger terminal to accommodate the express trains bringing in and taking away ship passengers. The terminal is now a heritage centre adjacent to the current terminus station which is now but a single platform on the line from Cork, served by suburban trains.
