Monsell Monument
The Monsell Monument (situated in Tervoe village) commemorates Lady Anna Maria Charlotte Wyndham Quin (daughter of the second Earl of Dunraven) who married William Monsell in 1836.
At the foot of the cross there is an inscription "On the seventh day of January, in each year, at the foot of this cross, an alms will be given to twenty poor widows in memory of Anna Maria Monsell".
Lady Wyndham Quin died in 1855.
