Former Roddy's Bar, Belfast
Roddy’s “Law Courts Bar” was a long-established family-owned house in Oxford Street. It was the home of the “Pound” music club in the 60’s but fell victim to the collapse of nightlife in central Belfast in the early 70’s. Badly damaged by the bomb at the nearby Oxford Street bus station it finally closed in mid-1983. The piano was still there on the last night. Now demolished.
