This former farmhouse at Kindrochit, Ardtalnaig, Perthshire (on the south side of Loch Tay) was thought by me to have operated as a Scottish Youth Hostels Association property from 22 April 1933 to October 1946, but recent research has indicated that the hostel was in fact a building of similar appearance, now demolished, about 200 yards to the north. The farmhouse was pictured here in 2003.
