A site, currently occupied by a substation and pharmacy, for which there is (27 October 2016) the following planning permission “LA04/2016/1110/F Proposed demolition of existing substation building and erection of extension to rear of existing pharmacy. Extension to accommodate storage area to serve existing retail unit and online sales, and increase in net retail floor space of 38 sqm, Development to also include new access from Madison Avenue east with four off-street parking spaces and turning area Lands at and to the rear of number 19a Westminster Avenue North Belfast”.
