Tudenham Park House, Co. Westmeath (1)
Designed by Richard Castle the architect of nearby Belvedere House, this is a detached seven-bay three-storey over basement Palladian style house, built for George Rochfort c.1743, with projecting full-height bows to the centre of the west and east side elevations. The brother of George, Robert Rochfort of Belvedere House was so jealous of his brother's fine mansion that he built the 'Jealous Wall' at Belvedere, so he wouldn't have to look at it: Link
