Yeeeezzzz indeed, why who doesn’t enjoy returning home from a long lazy day at your favourite azure lagoon and white sandy beach… heading home now filled with the sensuous aromas of Caribbean cuisine and the taste of rum on the rocks with a splash of coconut liquor to cool you down… it’s slow time on the islands as you settle in nice 'n' easy for the big zzzzzzz, the long languorous evening ahead caressing you with the warm gentle breezes moving slowly through the lush green foliage. Is that a steel drum band I hear in the distance? No matter where you are in this paradise haven you know what I am talking about… from Kingston to Havana, from St Lucia to St Georges, from Montego Bay to Ballyfa! Huh, something is seriously amiss here. Ballyfa is on the wrong side of the Atlantic and too many latitudinal degrees north but hey you can still let your imagination bring you back across the ocean as you pass by this house on the R348 road between Ballyfa and New Inn, County Galway. Slow down and get in the groove.
