The site remains vacant.
No 54 Corporation Street, Belfast

A vacant site, on the western side of Corporation Street, almost opposite Corporation Square. It had the flowing planning permission “Full planning has been approved for 183 apartments and 150 car parking spaces (Application No: Z/2007/1370/F)” - now lapsed. The agents’ brochure (February 2015) includes the description “A vacant site, triangular in shape, comprising c. 1.1acres (0.44ha) with extensive road frontages. It is designated within BMAP (zoning CC080) as part of a larger site and identified as a “Development Opportunity Site”.” The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale or any proposed development.
