It was built in the 1960s on the corner of Grove Street, right. It is also the headquarters of the Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service. On the site had been a large villa, Beech Lawn, the former home of Dr Jephson "The Father of Leamington". It was demolished before the Second World War.
