A private bridge, originally built to carry the private road from Clandeboye House J4779 : Clandeboye House near Bangor to Helen’s Bay station J4582 : Helen's Bay station building via Clandeboye Avenue J4582 : Clandeboye Avenue, Helen's Bay (2013-1). Not listed , it’s officially described as “A single-span stone bridge over the Ballysallagh Road, part of the Clandeboye Estate on the outskirts of Bangor. Not considered to be among the best examples of its type.” Variously known as the Demesne Bridge and the Clandeboye Bridge. Date of construction unknown but probably contemporary with the building of the Belfast - Bangor railway Link.
