A former care home on the south eastern side of Connsbrook Avenue. It had been described by the agents as “Former care home comprising c. 8,967 sq ft (834sq m) Set on a site of 0.39 acres Located in a desirable residential location Sold with benefit of Vacant Possession”.

There is the following planning permission (28 March 2018) “LA04/2017/0112/F Change of use of nursing home into 12 apartments and erection of 9 apartments including 2 storey rear extension, associated alterations and site works. 5-7 Connsbrook Avenue Belfast BT4 1JT”. I have no connection with the proposed development and express no opinion about the planning application.
