Part of Little Twitham Farm, a grade II listed early C17 cottage in red brick in English bond with thatched roof. Listed as in the East Kent Artisan Mannerist style. Notwithstanding the thatched roof, the cottage has quite a sophisticated Dutch-style gable. Part of the Goodnestone Park estate. Situated in Pettocks Lane.
