Chalk Cliffs at Birling Gap
Chalk Cliffs at Birling Gap
Birling Gap is a low point on the chalk cliffs between The Seven Sisters and Beachy Head. It is a popular location for visitors with a cafe and car park provided. Access to the beach is by stairs. The cliffs here are eroding rapidly and the coastguard cottages here are under threat. The area is managed by the National Trust.
