Nos 96-98 have the following planning permission (28 February 2018) “LA04/2016/2124/F Refurbishment of existing building to Great Patrick Street and demolition and replacement of existing rear warehouse building. 96-98 Great Patrick Street Belfast BT1 2NX”.
Nos 100-102 are the subject of the following application for planning permission (4 July 2017) “LA04/2017/1544/F Refurbishment to existing office & warehouse building, to include new 2 storey front extension, internal layout rearrangements and rear elevation changes. Change of use from warehouse space to facilitate the mixed community spaces & office space on both floors. 100-102 Great Patrick Street Belfast BT1 2NX”.
