No 65 Holywood Road, Belfast

A small vacant site on the western corner of the Holywood Road and Grampian Avenue. Currently (March 2017) offered for sale. The agents’ description is “The subject comprises a broadly triangular shaped plot of cleared land which fronts the Holywood Road and Grampian Avenue. The perimeter of this site is surrounded by bollards and there are billboards attached to the adjoining building. According to the Belfast Metropolitan Area Plan 2015 the land is zoned as 'white land' and is therefore suitable for a number of uses subject to planning.”
