At the junction with Southcoates Lane, the Sunday school building of the former East Hull Baptist Church, Nos.604-612 Holderness Road, has been demolished and, in its place, a terrace of three dwellings has been built. This development is known as Mill Court, a reference to the nearby disused windmill at The Mill public house.
