Festival House, Nos.87-93 Jameson Street. On 1 May 1951, two foundation stones were laid either side of the entrance to No.93, to commemorate the first permanent building to be built in the city centre since the 1941 Blitz. The city's coat-of-arms and 1951 appear in the cartouche on the 5th floor corner of the building.
