Coastal defences, Beesands
Coastal defences, Beesands
The rip-rap and gabions which used to protect the car-park and coastal road at Beesands. It can be seen that salt water corrosion had weakened the gabion cages allowing the contents to be post back to sea. The storms of 2014 and following have destroyed these defences completely.
