The Norfolk Lunatic Asylum (St Andrew's Hospital) - Annexe
Detail of the chimney of the former mortuary and viewing room on Northside, dating from 1903, revisited in February 2018 > Link. Only a small part of the once vast complex of buildings forming the St Andrew's hospital complex is still standing: the reception and administrative block with its water tower above the main entrance > Link. The only other building to have survived is the mortuary > Link situated on the edge of the site. Vandals have, sadly, trashed the interior.
