There was the following planning permission (28 October 2009 - now lapsed) “Z/2007/2948/F Demolition of existing two storey building & erection of new development to include 177 apartments to upper floors, 177 car parking spaces to basement levels, ground floor health/fitness suite & external garden area. Site framed by Dalton Street, Middlepath Street, Bridge End & railway line, Belfast”.
There is the following application (29 October 2018) for planning permission “LA04/2018/2649/F Demolition of existing building and construction of 178No. apartments, a gym, 3No. retail units and associated car parking and landscaping. lands at 3-9 Dalton Street (Bordered by Middlepath Street and Bridge End) Belfast”.
I have no connection with the proposed development and express no opinion about it.
