A vacant shop, at the corner of the Downshire Road, with a “sold” sign. Described by the agents as “This ground floor retail unit has good glazed frontage onto High Street . The unit also benefits from an electric roller shutter, aluminium shop front, papered and painted walls, spot-lighting and wooden flooring”. I have no connection with the property.
