A series of photographs showing the estate agents’ offices at Ballyhackamore - the main shopping area between the Holywood Arches and Dundonald. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the agents.
A potential development site at the corner of the Upper Newtownards Road (nos 225/227) and the Sandown Road (nos 2A-C), currently (August 2018) offered for sale and described by the agents as “Single storey, block of four retail units, currently vacant but were previously occupied by estate agents, barbers and haberdashery businesses. Corner location with frontages onto Upper Newtownards Road and Sandown Road. The total internal floor area of the units is 1,122 sq ft on a site area of 1,385 sq ft. Site would be suitable for restaurant/retail/apartment development, subject to consents”.
