Partially boarded up building, Parnell Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford
Located on the corner of Thompson's Lane & Parnell Street (otherwise known as Main Street). At the time this building was photographed it had been partially boarded up. The interesting fact about it is that it was the birthplace of James Francis Xavier O'Brien (1828-1905) a well-known Fenian and later an Irish MP in the Parliament at Westminster, London. There is a blue commemorative plaque on the building. See:- X2693 : James F X O'Brien blue plaque on building in Parnell Street (Main Street), Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
