Cors Caron during a prolonged drought
Cors Caron during a prolonged drought
One of the few pools in the nature reserve that still hold some water after several weeks of hot and dry weather in the summer of 2018. Most of the other peat digging pools are empty and consist only of cracked peat Link . Even here, it is obvious by how much the water level has receded when looking at the edge of the vegetation.
