An almost vacant site, at the centre of The Mount. The NI Planning Portal numbers the remaining buildings as 32 and 34. All others have been demolished. The numbers 32 and 34, referring to the whole site, are used for convenience. There does not seem to be any current planning permission for redevelopment.
