The upper basin of the Forkhill River
The Forkhill River flows in the glaciated valley between the Ring of Gullion and Slieve Gullion. The hills on the right are parts of Slieve Gullion, those on the left are the Lislea Hills while further back in the centre is Sturgan Mountain with its distinctive Sugarloaf Hill peak. J0125 : Sugarloaf Hill and Sturgan Mountain from the northern flank of Slieve Gullion.
