SO9800 : Bledisloe House from The Monarch's WayBledisloe House (or Lodge), formerly known as Coates Manor, was erected in 1921 incorporating parts of the 18th-century Hams Hall from
SP2092 in Warwickshire, which had been demolished to build the first of three power stations on that site. The architect for this work was Ernest Barnsley.
The lodge became residential accommodation for the nearby Royal Agricultural College. It is not open to the public, but may be viewed from the Monarch's Way long-distance path, which skirts the grounds.
