Chancery Lane Underground station, London
Opened in 1900 by the Central London Railway, now the Central Line.
View west on Holborn at the 1934 subway entrances via escalator. The original 1900 entrance with lifts only, was in the brick building, straight ahead about 300m in the distance, visible just to the right of the Underground roundel. See TQ3181 : Chancery Lane Underground station (former entrance), London.
