The tug “Eraclea” (2010/50 metres/1,397 grt/bollard pull 120) LinkExternal link arriving at Belfast with the heavy-lift, semi-submersible barge “Boabarge 35” (2011/140 metres/25,000 dwt) to load wind turbine jacket foundations at Harland & Wolff. The tug “Eileen McLoughlin” is just visible on the barge’s starboard side.
This was almost the end of a journey from Rotterdam where the speed was permanently around or below four knots.
