Sheugh on the Border between the UK and Ireland
Sheugh on the Border between the UK and Ireland
The section of the sheugh nearest the camera is in Northern Ireland, but at the end of first pile of stones it is in the Irish Republic. Before reaching the N1 in the middle distance it will have crossed the sheugh a further 5 times. It has been suggested by a local wag that the stones are there to build a Trump-style
Arlene's Wall to stop migrants from the South.
