The Tower Street façade. It’s more than 50 years since I was in the building but the interior was just as uninspiring.

A 1960’s building constructed on a vacant WWII bomb site previously occupied by a row of terrace houses.
There is the following application (3 April 2019) for planning permission “LA04/2019/0758/F Retention, change of use and conversion of former 4 storey Belfast Metropolitan College Campus building to 28No. apartments, demolition of two large annexes and erection of 14No. new build dwellings (comprised of 4No. two storey townhouses and 10No. 2 storey semi detached dwellings), associated internal road, alteration of access, car parking, landscaping and ancillary works. Former Belfast Metropolitan College Tower Street Belfast BT5 4FH”.
