St Mary, Kersey - interior
The arches date from around the mid-C14 and are in the Decorated style whereas the window behind them is in the later Perpendicular style and is probably contemporaneous with the tower which was completed in 1481.
Has a late-medieval panelled roof in the south porch; a wood-carver's tour-de-force only achievable in a place of high prosperity thanks to the village being famed for its sought-after 'Kersey cloth'.
