The wind turbine jacket foundations were an impressive sight, beside the Harland & Wolff Building Dock. Even more so, if not actually mysterious, in this shot, as the “Boabarge 36” heads out, along the Victoria Channel, apparently under their own power. In practice The tugs “Svitzer Surrey”, “Masterman” and “Merchantman” are simply hidden from view. The Airport Road car park is in the foreground.
