taken 16 years ago, near to Sparkwell, Devon, England

Eastern entrance to Chaddle Wood
Eastern entrance to Chaddle Wood
The wood that gives Chaddlewood its name runs for about a kilometre alongside the railway. The wood covers the lower slopes of a hill, which rises steeply away from the railway to the housing estates above. This view is along a pathway into the western edge of the woods, approximately 25 metres from the railway fence.
