The agent’s description includes “The subject site extends to c.1.74 acres with extensive frontage of approx. 118m onto Millbay Road, with outstanding views across the Lough. The rear portion of the site fronts onto Ballytober Road. An NI Water Pumping Station is located adjacent to the rear boundary of the site, off Ballytober Road”.
There is the following planning permission (18 July 2018) “LA02/2015/0453/F Residential development of 13 dwellings and 10 apartments. Land between 75 and 79 Millbay Road Islandmagee Larne”.
