Small Quarry & Lime Kiln in Slack Randy
Slack Randy appears to be a depression in the limestone. It has clearly been formed by a stream but is now dry as a bone, most probably caused by post glacial melt water flowing over permafrosted ground.
There are several small limestone quarries here, and at least two of them have kilns in them.
