Dingle (Irish: An Daingean or Daingean Uí Chúis, meaning "fort of Ó Cúis") is a small town on Ireland’s Atlantic coast, about 50 kilometres southwest of Tralee and 71 kilometres northwest of Killarney. It is the only town on the Dingle Peninsula. The main occupations are tourism, fishing and agriculture.
