Jubilee Memorial, Harrogate
Built 1887 and Presented to Harrogate by Richard Ellis, Mayor, having been designed by H E Bown in a Gothic style.

Statue of Queen Victoria below stone canopy, carved by Webber with quatrefoil arched openings surmounted by pinnacle granite base with trefoil 3 bay recesses to sides with crenellated coping with heraldic lions rampart on corners.
