The west front of the cathedral.
The cathedral church of St Andrew was consecrated in 1239 with building work having commenced in 1176. The central tower was added in 1322. There is a mix of styles, Early English Gothic, Decorated Gothic and Perpendicular Gothic. The cathedral is listed, grade I, with much detail at:
