. . . . the night before when a bomb had exploded in Chichester Street. By this time such events, while not rare, were less frequent than ten years earlier. RAC House (now called “Centre House”) is on the left and the Job Market is at middle right. See also J3474 : Belfast - the morning after (2).
Centre House (redevelopment), Belfast

An office building, at the corner of Chichester Street and Victoria Street. Built in two phases, as RAC House, in the mid-1970’s and early 1990’s. Now the subject of the following application for planning permission (24 March 2016) “LA04/2016/0581/F Proposed extension of existing office building to provide additional office floorspace and single retail unit, including the demolition of existing 3 storey office building 9 Gloucester Street. Centre House 69-87 Chichester Street Belfast”.
