No 35 Donegall Street, Belfast (October 2019)
A former estate agents’ office now advertised for sale and described as “A substantial three storey retail & office building in the heart of Belfast's Cathedral Quarter. Suitable for a variety of use subject to any neccesary [sic] consents”. I have no connection with the property and cannot enter into correspondence.
The 1890 street directory shows “35. Moore, James (trading as Thomas Gray), direct importer of Cadiz, Oporto, Spanish, and French Wines; Spanish and American Cane, Reeds, Fruits; Wholesale Paper Dealer; Agent for Curtis & Harvey's Celebrated Sporting & Blasting Powder”.
